Technicalities can create delays in the redemption process. Redemptions are sent via bitcoin or automatic clearing house (ACH) only.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us for a password change or new account creation.

Notices regarding system changes, offers, promotions, giveaway winnings, bonus entries, cashtag changes, and operation changes are available via Win Big Money’s Help desk. Winnings from giveaways must be claimed within 48hours of notice. Failure to claim within designated timeframe will result in a loss of those winnings.

Win Big Money has the right to deactivate or put a temporary hold on your account for the following reasons.

• Inactivity more than 12 months if the winnings are less than $10.
• Inactivity more than 24 months if the winnings are more than $10.
• Permanent suspension is possible due to vulgar and harassing behavior towards any Win Big Money team member, scamming, cancelling pending entries, and any method related to the aforementioned suspension reasons.

Win Big Money is not responsible for any loss of entries, bonuses, credits, spins or other in game comp/promo due to technical malfunction, political disturbance, service disruptions, lagging, glitching, or technical downtime. We are not responsible for viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, spyware, malware, or any other similar technical issues that may happen to your device or game. Win Big Money is cannot be held responsible for any damage done to any device or incident while player is using a system, or anything related to Win Big Money.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WIN BIG MONEY OR OUR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER ENTITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS AND LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST REVENUE, INCOME, POSSESSIONS, GOODWILL, USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, IN EACH CASE THAT RESULT FROM OR RELATE IN ANY MANNER TO YOUR PARTICIPATION OR ANY OTHER ACT OR OMISSION BY US.
